Humans shit where they eat and eat what they shit......

Neighbor, n. One whom we are commanded to love as ourselves, and who does all he knows how to make us disobedient.

ME, verb

Opposition, n. In politics the party that prevents the Government from running amok by hamstringing it.......... Ambrose Bierce

Most days I fight, others I try and unite.............mostly I search for what is right, for me.  The thing i wonder most about is 'where did all this public trust' come from?  Given the track record why would any believe anything? Certain that this false sense of security is the direct result of conditioning (brainwash). When facts are counter to general consensus... then truth is ignored to fit a preconceived notion that has been embedded into the public education apparatus.

Like the public service announcement says:  Your living room is the the factory and the product being produced is YOU!  The classroom is now the newest or oldest roadblock that prevents new and novel thinking to be produced and reinforced.  Society now minds minds for certain attributes that foists a template for that specific mental resource.  Mostly what I see now is the production of psychopathic narcissistic life forms that benefit little the collective......a generation of pawns to be used as minions to enhance the ultra-selfish megalomaniacs of 'privilege'....... obedient SLAVES is what we allowed our selves to become and [they] are and have perfected to now produce mental machines stripped of individuality.  Conformity is the rule of the day.

Conformity of the mediocre mind as Einstein would say.........now a generation of idiots are on deck to manage the affairs of the public at large.  Humanity would be much farther along if not for the dogma of superstition.  But that superstition is what keeps the public in check and the dark.  Allowing for the ptb to manipulate the masses.  Most other, if not all, species fiercely protect the habitat charged with sustaining the organism. Humans? They shit where they eat and eat what they shit......the current path mankind is on can only lead to extinction.  so be it, I get to keep on keeping on, I have the power of the universe both known and unknown, it's always been there, where i came and where i will go.............................?

Let your greatness blossom." - Nelson Mandela

Liberty and democracy are eternal enemies, and every one knows it who has ever given any sober reflection to the matter. A democratic state may profess to venerate the name, and even pass laws making it officially sacred, but it simply cannot tolerate the thing. In order to keep any coherence in the governmental process, to prevent the wildest anarchy in thought and act, the government must put limits upon the free play of opinion. In part, it can reach that end by mere propaganda, by the bald force of its authority — that is, by making certain doctrines officially infamous. But in part it must resort to force, i.e., to law. One of the main purposes of laws in a democratic society is to put burdens upon intelligence and reduce it to impotence. Ostensibly, their aim is to penalize anti-social acts; actually their aim is to penalize heretical opinions. At least ninety-five Americans out of every 100 believe that this process is honest and even laudable; it is practically impossible to convince them that there is anything evil in it. In other words, they cannot grasp the concept of liberty. Always they condition it with the doctrine that the state, i.e., the majority, has a sort of right of eminent domain in acts, and even in ideas — that it is perfectly free, whenever it is so disposed, to forbid a man to say what he honestly believes. Whenever his notions show signs of becoming "dangerous," ie, of being heard and attended to, it exercises that prerogative. And the overwhelming majority of citizens believe in supporting it in the outrage. Including especially the Liberals, who pretend — and often quite honestly believe — that they are hot for liberty. They never really are. Deep down in their hearts they know, as good democrats, that liberty would be fatal to democracy — that a government based upon shifting and irrational opinion must keep it within bounds or run a constant risk of disaster. They themselves, as a practical matter, advocate only certain narrow kinds of liberty — liberty, that is, for the persons they happen to favor. The rights of other persons do not seem to interest them. If a law were passed tomorrow taking away the property of a large group of presumably well-to-do persons — say, bondholders of the railroads — without compensation and without even colorable reason, they would not oppose it; they would be in favor of it. The liberty to have and hold property is not one they recognize. They believe only in the liberty to envy, hate and loot the man who has it. H.L. Mencken
"Liberty and Democracy" in the Baltimore Evening Sun (13 April 1925), also in A Second Mencken Chrestomathy : New Selections from the Writings of America's Legendary Editor, Critic, and Wit (1994) edited by Terry Teachout, p. 35

Breaking news: Republican House Majority Leader Eric Cantor is working on a hawkish bill that would torpedo President Obama's interim agreement with Iran by setting unrealistic goals for the final deal.

Just how bad is the bill? "It would blow things apart. If you want a war, that is the thing to do." That's how a Democratic senator summarized a recent, similar proposal.

And this isn't a fringe bill either—it's gaining ground among Democratic members of the House—and if we do nothing it will become bipartisan.

Congress is debating this bill in the next few days. This a crisis for diplomacy. If even just the House of Representatives passes this bill, it tells the Iranian people that America isn't serious about diplomacy—and even if President Obama vetoes it, the damage is done.

That's why I created an urgent petition on MoveOn.org, telling the House of Representatives to back President Obama's diplomatic approach to Iran.

Click here to sign the petition to demand diplomacy, not the march to war—and then pass it on to your friends.

Remember when MoveOn members and allies banded together to stop military action from becoming a reality with Syria, after war seemed inevitable? We won! It was so inspiring.

That's one big reason that I've been campaigning on MoveOn.org for a while now to help to pave the way for diplomacy. We know from our past efforts that diplomacy can work as an alternative to war and violence.

But if Eric Cantor and his war-hawk colleagues succeed this week, Congress will tie President Obama's hands, destroy negotiations, and edge us closer to another senseless conflict in the Middle East.

As you read this message, we have a once-in-a-generation chance to not just fight back against a potential conflict, but to proactively build peace and diplomacy in the Middle East. But it's up to us: You and me.

Our chance really could slip away in the next week—since Congress is about shatter the deal with Iran unless there's a massive outcry. And how hard we fight to stop Congress from torpedoing Obama's diplomatic efforts in the next week could ultimately determine whether or not we go to war again in the Middle East.

Sign the petition now, and I'll tell you how we can fight hard next week to save diplomacy.

The interim deal with Iran is a win for everyone—Iran has agreed to opening itself up to the potential of daily inspections and in turn the U.S. has offered some relief from sanctions. That's why 64% of the American public, 100 rabbis, and leading military and national security experts support the president's diplomatic path with Iran.

Diplomacy with Iran is the best way for us to support change-makers in Iran and it's in America's national interest.

Thanks for your support.

GIANT virus found that's so unusual it may have come from Mars

20 July 2013
 - A never-before-seen GIANT virus has been found off the coast of Chile and in Australia that's so unusual it may have come from Mars. Only six per cent of its genes resemble those seen before on Earth.
The Pandoravirus is one micrometre big - ten times the size of other viruses. It lacks the regular shape normally associated with viruses, and its genetic code is twice the size of the Megavirus, the biggest virus previously found. It is found underwater but is not considered a threat to humans.

FAIR
Sometimes corporate media don't even pretend to hide what they're doing. "With a Royal Baby Due, News Outlets Are on High Alert" was the headline of a recent New York Times story about TV preparations for the birth of the queen of England's great-grandchild.
Meanwhile, the military trial of whistleblower and WikiLeaks source Bradley Manning is underway, not far from Washington, D.C. And the same networks flying reporters to London are skipping a historic, absolutely newsworthy event.
This is the corporate media.
And we--you and FAIR--can do something about it.

Monsanto confirms GE retreat from Europe

Blogpost by Luís Ferreirim - July 22, 2013 at 10:43
What had been brewing for weeks following various hints and tips was finally confirmed last week when Monsanto announced it would cease the marketing of new genetically engineered seeds (GE) in the European Union.
The world's largest seed company had already sent signals in May that it would no longer lobby the EU to approve cultivation of its GE seeds, but we were waiting for an official confirmation before we could really believe it.

Monsanto and other biotech industries have tried for years to make us believe that GE crops are the answer to many of the world's problems, such as hunger and climate change. However, these GE seeds have been nothing more than empty promises giving us mainly crops that have further increased reliance on pesticides without any clear gains in the amount of food produced.

Wheat
There is also growing resistance around the world against the use of GE products. A recent poll in the EU shows that 95% of EU citizens agree that "the right thing to do" is to use products that are respectful of the environment.

Her boyfriend and sister decided she needed rehabilitative help. Because their resources were limited, they turned to the free Total Freedom Program, a Florida ministry for women and men that identifies itself as Christian.
Cate Iannello, the wife of the leader of Total Freedom Program, “Pastor Guy,” met Lyons in July 2010 at the Orlando airport and drove her to what she called “the girls’ house,” a yellow ranch house in a nondescript neighborhood of nearby Ocoee. Lyons says she arrived “scared out of my mind” and holding a decorative pillow with the image of a buffalo on it. Because the pillow had “past associations” that could evoke demons, she was soon told to put it in the trash.<read more>

Bank of America's Recipe for Getting Away with Massive Fraud, Racketeering and Money Laundering

Inside the hypergluttonous megabank, whose criminal conspiracies we’ll all be paying for until the end of time.
This July, Bank of America was expecting to report  an earnings increase of 32% from last year. The Washington Business Journal  declared the bank among the top 10 “most improved brands” of the year. Bank of America is the  second-largest bank in the United States following JPMorgan Chase.
So why does this bank deserve such an “improved” reputation? Perhaps it's worth looking at a little of the bank’s record for some clarity.
During the first year of the global financial crisis, which the big banks helped to create and which they profited enormously from, the government stepped in to bail out Bank of America. They rewarded the bank $20 billion for its massive financial crimes, as well as a special guarantee for nearly $100 billion of potential losses on the balance sheets of Merrill Lynch, which Bank of America  acquired during the crisis.
As it turns out, Bank of America and other big banks continue to get "backdoor bailouts" through the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, which acts as a legal guarantor and protector of the Wall Street  chain gang of criminal conglomerates. The bank was recently added to a list, compiled by a corporate watchdog group, of the "dirty dozen" criminal financial institutions for its role deceiving investors, committing  mortgage and foreclosure abuses and engaging in municipal bond rigging and illegal payments. <read more>

Obama Flushes FREEDOM Of the Press Down The Toilet!

Brandon Toy’s Act of Conscience

This article was first published on Consortium News.
Courage, like cowardice, often comes in individual, incremental pieces building toward something great and honorable, or small and dishonorable. The resignation of Brandon Toy from General Dynamics fits into the former category and is so honored by an organization of former intelligence officials.

We, the Sam Adams Associates for Integrity in Intelligence (SAAII), salute Brandon Toy, who chose to walk away from his job with a U.S. defense contractor to protest the U.S. government’s violation of human and civil rights. Mr. Toy properly followed the dictates of his conscience. His very public renunciation (see below) of misdeeds by the U.S. military-industrial-surveillance complex is an act of protest that, we hope, will inspire others to hold their own governments to account.
Secrecy is a tool states use most commonly in order to mask unethical, unconstitutional, criminal and foolish behavior. Brandon Toy’s informed rejection of a system that is violating the basic rights of its own citizens depends on whistleblowers, who in turn rely on courageous, professional journalists to inform the public.
Stryker Infantry Carrier Vehicle.
As committed truth-tellers and whistleblowers from several countries, members of SAAII placed our careers, livelihoods, and, in some cases, our personal freedom on the line so that people like Mr. Toy would have the needed information to weigh career against moral duty.
We note the words of former Republican Sen. Gordon Humphrey, who in a 15 July email to whistleblower Edward Snowden — confirmed as authentic by Sen. Humphrey in a separate message to Guardian journalist Glenn Greenwald — praised Mr. Snowden for “exposing what I regard as a massive violation of the U.S. Constitution.”
SAAII is proud to have chosen Mr. Snowden as the 2013 recipient of the Sam Adams Award, which we announced on July 8. We look forward to presenting the award to Mr. Snowden in person, as is our custom, when circumstances permit.
We believe courageous public acts like that of Brandon Toy deserve the support of people everywhere. These actions are essential to making defense of the Constitution and basic human rights and freedoms a shared duty of every citizen, rather than the isolated act of a few.
